Here is some useful information in the following text.<\/p>\n<h2 data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:14\">Start with:<\/h2>\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"7:1-9:0\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:131\">Try to drink a tablespoon of water. Wait 30 minutes and if you do not vomit or have diarrhea again, drink 2 tablespoons of water.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"8:1-9:0\">Continue to increase the amount of water every 30 minutes for about 3 hours and then start taking clear liquids or electrolytes (Almora sachets).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-sourcepos=\"10:1-10:21\">Clear liquids are:<\/h3>\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"12:1-17:0\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"12:1-12:7\">Water<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:123\">Sports drinks (contain electrolytes and sugars, so it would be better to dilute them with water in a half-and-half ratio)<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"14:1-14:7\">Jelly<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:5\">Tea<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"16:1-17:0\">Broth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-sourcepos=\"18:1-18:17\">Continue with:<\/h2>\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"20:1-24:0\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"20:1-20:134\">Continue to consume clear liquids until you feel that you can tolerate them well, are not vomiting, and are starting to feel hungry.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"21:1-21:65\">Then gradually try to consume solid food (vomit recovery diet).<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"22:1-22:73\">The amount of food should be small at first and many times (6-8) a day.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"23:1-24:0\">Return to your regular diet as soon as you feel you can tolerate it, but not suddenly and quickly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-sourcepos=\"25:1-25:26\">Vomiting recovery diet:<\/h2>\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"27:1-37:0\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"27:1-27:8\"><a href=\"https:\/\/peptiko.gr\/en\/banana-types-health-benefits-and-risks\/\">Banana<\/a><\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"28:1-28:6\"><a href=\"https:\/\/peptiko.gr\/en\/is-rice-healthy-nutrition-facts-and-benefits\/\">Rice<\/a><\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"29:1-29:13\">Apple juice<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"30:1-30:7\">Toast<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"31:1-31:9\">Compote<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"32:1-32:55\">Boiled vegetables (carrot, zucchini, mashed potatoes)<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"33:1-33:10\">Crackers<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"34:1-34:20\">Dry cereals (oats)<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"35:1-35:21\">Pasta without sauce<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"36:1-37:0\">Boiled chicken fillet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-sourcepos=\"38:1-38:74\">Avoid eating or drinking the following for several days after vomiting:<\/h2>\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"40:1-46:0\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"40:1-40:26\"><a href=\"https:\/\/peptiko.gr\/en\/milk-types-and-cow-versus-goat-milk\/\">Milk<\/a> (mainly cow&#8217;s milk)<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"41:1-41:9\">Alcohol<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"42:1-42:7\"><a href=\"https:\/\/peptiko.gr\/en\/pizza-healthy-homemade-recipes-for-toppings-and-base\/\">Pizza<\/a><\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"43:1-43:41\">Fatty, fried, oily, spicy \/ spicy foods<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"44:1-44:27\">Raw fruits and vegetables<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"45:1-46:0\">Salad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"47:1-47:204\"><strong>Caution!<\/strong> Do not consume aspirin and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (Mesulid, Voltaren, etc.).
